| Automated Contribution Arrangements (ACA) and SchARP |

Presenter: Betty Lutchmaya – ACA allows
for new plan participants to be set-up with a minimum deferral percentage
and regular annual deferral increases. The default investment election
for these participants is defined at the plan-level and may be customized
based on age. The SchARP processes with ACA include participant notification
